Vertical blinds are a popular type of window blind that consists mainly of a head rail and vertical strips of fabric called louvers. The head rail stretches the length of the window and the louvres hang from it. They are drawn across the window by cords, which also allows them to be tilted too.
The strips can either be of the same color and fabric or mixed texture and color to form a pattern as one desires.
Vertical blinds are known to offer a high level of light and privacy control. You can have them fully or partially open or closed, as well as tilting the louvres to the exact degree you want to filter light and enable you to look out without making it easy for others to see through
They at the same time offer great thermal efficiency by blocking direct sunlight or insulating against the cold in winter.
For those with wide, tall, or generally large windows, vertical blinds the best option as they’re very lightweight and easy to control.
We mostly recommend them for formal and commercial spaces.
